Overview
We use a small, carefully vetted set of sub-processors. Each is bound by data protection terms equivalent to our own and, where relevant, Standard Contractual Clauses.
Infrastructure
Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / Finland) — cloud infrastructure and hosting. Data remains within the EU.
Messaging & verification
A specialist HLR verification provider (EU-based) — live mobile number validation performed before SMS delivery. Only the phone number being checked is shared.
Payments
A PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (EU) — subscription billing and payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by the processor and is never stored on our servers.
Changes
We will give notice of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, allowing customers a reasonable period to object. To receive change notifications, email dpo@betall.app.
